Wierck Studio has sculpting experience in marble, ceramic and, in these samples, bronze sculpting.  These pieces have been in galleries in both Sedona and Scottsdale, ranging from life size to 18" high.
				The life size top piece is "Incantation of Ice" about an actual Chief, his medicine man "Ice" and his magical headdress.  Unlike many headdress sculptures, you can see each individual feather (48) is attached separately.  To the left is "Troubled Visions" and refers to the encroachment of the white man.  It is 18" tall.  The piece to the right is "A-tse-nu-sti" and in Cherokee means "The messenger" or "prophet".  It is a wall piece, with a warrior's shield adorned with Plains Indian's Symbology.  These pieces are still in current production and available.   Back to Portfolio Page.
