| Sweetwater Vistas
is a gated community with custom homesites. In this ad, we
created the calligraphy for "grand opening", an example of
using custom art versus fonts or clip art. We also had to do
extensive work on the photograph. These homes have incredible
views of sunsets and city lights, but photographers couldn't get good
shots of all three of these at the same time. We superimposed
the sunset and city lights with the photo of the home. A fence
had to be removed from in front of the home and landscaping
manipulated, allowing this homebuilder to advertise a finished looking
home although certain aspects had not been completely finished.
